By placing an order with Afrixe Global OÜ, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Product availability is subject to stock and we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders when an item becomes unavailable.
All prices are listed in euros unless stated otherwise. We aim to keep product information and pricing accurate, but obvious errors may be corrected before fulfilment. Payment must be received before dispatch unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary during holidays, peak periods, or due to courier delays. Customers are responsible for supplying correct delivery details and ensuring that someone can receive the order where applicable.
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible purchases. This right may not apply to perishable goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return once opened, or products customised to the customer. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after returned goods are received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients, allergen information, and suitability before purchase, especially for food and beauty items. Products should be stored and used according to instructions. Resale or commercial use may require additional agreements.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent Estonian authorities or courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
